Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off)

Shift Timing: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM

Key Requirements

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in hiring corporate trainers
• Good communication skills
• Immediate to 15 days joiners preferred

Roles & Responsibilities

• Define job descriptions and document specifications
• Post job openings on various job portals and social platforms
• Source senior-level and highly specialized trainers for client companies
• Screen applications and shortlist qualified candidates
• Maintain and regularly update the recruitment tracker
• Coordinate with candidates for interview scheduling
• Assist and participate in the interview process with managers and stakeholders
• Prepare and manage weekly recruitment reports
• Collaborate with hiring teams during the offer process, including salary discussions, incentives, and joining dates
• Handle end-to-end recruitment activities (screening, shortlisting, interviewing, selection, and offer management)
• Manage onboarding processes, including document collection and induction
• Handle and manage the company’s HRMS tool
• Maintain employee database and prepare HR reports (new hires, transfers, exits, etc.)
• Address employment-related queries and escalate complex matters to the Head – Human Resources
• Manage email follow-ups related to recruitment, selection, and joining formalities
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Head – Human Resources
