About this role
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Functional Trainer/SME with 5-20 years of experience to deliver corporate training across Oracle Fusion Applications, with expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials, HCM and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). The ideal candidate should have hands-on implementation and training experience, along with knowledge of Middleware/WebLogic and Java/J2EE, excellent communication skills, and the ability to connect Oracle technologies with real-world business requirements. Prior exposure to AI tools and analytics platforms, along with hands-on experience using Claude and creating and deploying AI agents, is mandatory.
