Corporate Trainer – Hospitality Operations

About the Role:

We are looking for a hands-on Learning & Development professional to set up and manage the end-to-end training function for our Bistro, Bakery & Coffee outlets. This is the first L&D role in the organization and will be responsible for building training frameworks, SOP-based programs, and capability development across front-of-house, kitchen, bakery, and caf operations.

The role requires strong on-ground execution, outlet travel, and close collaboration with Operations, Chefs, and Store Managers to ensure consistent guest experience and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up the Learning & Development function from scratch for multiple outlets
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis for FOH, BOH, bakery, barista, and outlet management teams
• Create SOP-driven training content for service, food quality, hygiene, and guest experience
• Design and deliver onboarding and certification programs for new hires and new outlets
• Act as a hands-on trainer across service, bakery basics, caf standards, and soft skills
• Build Train-the-Trainer capability within outlets for scalability
• Support New Store Openings (NSO) with pre-opening and post-opening training
• Track training coverage, certifications, and skill matrices
• Partner with Operations to address performance gaps through focused training interventions
