About this role
- Responsible for corporate camps and event handling
- In-house branding of the hospital on all floors, OPDs, Front Desks etc
- Putting up of brochures/leaflets and others at the right places in the hospital premises
- Providing Shalby Times and other branding materials to CME locations
- Responsible for corporate/TPA tie-ups for camps and events by coordination
- Coordinating for events through calls and mails
- Dispatching of files, papers, brochure kits, standees etc at event location
- Making all arrangements related to staff and material for corporate events
- Setting up of camp location prior to camp timings
- Recording data about all persons visiting the event for maintaining database
- Explaining and counseling patients about the specialties during the event
- Maintaining data entries of camp requirements and materials used
- Indent for medical, stationery requirements for camps and raising PR for the same
- Promotion of hospital specialties, OPDs as a part of outdoor marketing
- Putting up of banners and other necessary branding material at the camp location
- Deciding upon the stock requirement at camps and listing down accordingly
- Maintaining data of stock/equipment utilized at the camps
- Preparing marketing MIS on daily basis
- Verification of daily call reports
- Preparing Monthly review meeting data
- Coordinate Internal Marketing and Branding activities to enhance organizational visibility and engagement
