Job Summary
Wells Fargo is seeking a Corporate Associate Manager.
Responsibilities - Lead and manage Corporate Security team activities in operational and security related incidents to minimize risk of criminal incidents against company, individuals, or customers
- Ensure security policies and procedures are enforced to maintain staff and public safety, compliance with legal, regulatory, and corporate policy requirements within corporate security
- Identify opportunities for security process improvement, policy and procedure enhancement, and risk control development in corporate security
- Make day-to-day supervisory and tactical decisions and resolve issues related to customers and colleagues, handle staffing requirements, work allocation, and daily operations under direction of Corporate Security management
- Leverage interpretation of policies, procedures, and maintain knowledge of industry trends
- Develop and maintain effective physical security program
- Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals including managers
- Lead team to achieve objectives
- Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Corporate Security
- Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent
- 2+ years of Corporate Security Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 1+ years of leadership experience
- Command Center Operations - Intelligence Operation Primarily
- Protective Intelligence
- International Relations
- Political Science
- Global Travel Risk
- Global Intelligence
- OSINT, EVERBRIDGE VCC, DATAMINR, NC4 and similar Intel Tools and platforms - Essential Operating Experience
