Job Purpose: To source business from Branch Customer base, HNW of the Branch, Open Market, VFS/BLS Customers, and to process customer applications, including KYC document collection, validation, and submission.

Job Responsibilities:

Sourcing Business:

Visit VFS/BLS centers and Bank branches daily to interact with customers and pitch Prepaid/Business cards and cross-sell products.

Work closely with Sales Manager/VFS/BLS/Branch Staff, including RMs.

Source business from allocated branches, customer base, HNW, Open Market, and VFS/BLS Customers.

Meet assigned targets.

Conduct events/displays at branches, corporates, and malls.

Submit Daily Sales reports.

KYC Documents:

Ensure all documents, including KYC, are checked in originals; sign OSV only after checking originals.

Visit customer's residence/office to collect documents as per policy and log the file (submit to CPA or RM, PB).

Collect post-disbursement documents as required.

Customer Application Processing:

Successfully implement and follow laid down bank processes.

Other Responsibilities:

Call customers and drive reloads via physical and digital modes (Mobile Banking, Quick Reload, Net Banking, Prepaid Net Banking).

Meet/call customers for cross-selling designated products.

Build customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and generate future business.

Educational Qualifications:

Graduate/Post Graduate with 50% & More.
