Corporate Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team responsible for acquiring and managing corporate salary accounts.
• Drive salary account acquisition through corporate tie-ups and employee onboarding.
• Identify and develop relationships with corporates, HR teams, and key decision-makers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for salary account acquisition and business generation.
• Monitor team performance, provide regular guidance, and ensure achievement of individual and team targets.
• Generate leads through corporate visits, references, existing relationships, and other channels.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and account-opening processes for corporate employees.
• Promote and cross-sell banking products such as credit cards, loans, insurance, investments, and other financial products.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and share regular sales and performance reports with management.
• Conduct field visits and coordinate with internal teams for documentation, KYC, and account activation.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of team-handling experience preferred.
• Experience in corporate salary, banking sales, CASA, liability sales, or BFSI will be an advantage.
• Good communication, leadership, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Target-oriented and comfortable with field/corporate visits.
