Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales through the Banca (VRM) channel.
• Manage and strengthen partner bank relationships.
• Lead, coach, and develop the sales team.
• Ensure achievement of business targets and compliance standards.

Requirements:

• 11-15 years of experience in Life Insurance/Banca Sales.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
