We are a C-series funded startup, established in 2018 and funded by Eight Roads Ventures, Paramark Ventures, 360 ONE Asset, and the investment office of Ashish Kacholia, along with the family office of Medlife founders, to fuel our mission to revolutionize the clinical beauty space in India and GCC.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify acquisition targets, strategic partnerships, and investment opportunities.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry mapping.
• Evaluate potential acquisitions based on financial, operational, and strategic fit.
• Support end-to-end M&A transactions, including due diligence, negotiations, documentation, and deal closure.
• Coordinate with legal, finance, tax, compliance, and external advisors during transactions.
• Build and maintain relationships with founders, investors, healthcare providers, clinics, hospitals, and strategic partners.
• Drive partnerships and expansion opportunities across new markets and regions.
• Present recommendations and transaction updates to senior leadership.
• Support post-merger integration and track business performance after acquisitions.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in business development, franchising, or retail expansion.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Comfortable with travel and field work.
• Self-motivated and result-oriented individual.
