Job Summary
We are looking for a Corporate Sales professional to drive B2B business growth by acquiring and managing Large Corporate and SME clients . The role involves new client acquisition, relationship management, consultative selling, and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new Corporate & SME clients and achieve sales/revenue targets.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, industry associations, and direct sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, CFOs, HR Heads, Finance & Procurement teams .
- Understand client requirements and provide customized insurance/risk solutions.
- Drive cross-selling, up-selling, client retention, and portfolio growth.
- Handle commercial insurance products including Property, Marine, Employee Benefits, Liability & Specialty Insurance .
- Coordinate with underwriting, placement, claims, servicing, and operations teams.
- Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations and company policies.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Sales, Finance, or Insurance preferred.
- Experience in Corporate Sales, Commercial Insurance, Employee Benefits, or Risk Advisory .
- Candidates must have Direct Sales experience and should be from a General Insurance Company or Insurance Broking Company .
- Stable employment history preferred.
