Corporate Sales Bancassurance Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets in BFSI sector, focusing on banking, financial services, and insurance (BFSI) products.
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at corporate clients to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop new business opportunities and expand existing client base.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy.

Job Requirements :

• 1-8 years of experience in banca sales, bancassurance sales, or related fields such as banking sales or financial products sales.
• Strong understanding of the BFSI industry and its various segments including corporate banking, treasury management, wealth management etc. .
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective relationship-building and negotiation skills.
