Corporate Salary Sales Manager

Role & Responsibilities

• Acquire new corporate salary accounts by identifying and approaching potential companies in Bangalore.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate HR teams and key decision-makers.
• Generate new corporate salary relationships and drive account acquisition through corporate tie-ups.
• Ensure regular salary credits and increase employee participation within partnered organizations.
• Promote and cross-sell banking products and services to corporate employees.
• Develop new business opportunities through market mapping, lead generation, and corporate visits.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the growth of the corporate salary portfolio.
• Ensure compliance with KYC requirements and bank policies.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Must be currently working with a bank in the Corporate Salary Banking segment.
• Relevant experience in corporate salary account acquisition, corporate tie-ups, and B2B sales is mandatory.
• Experience in corporate relationship management, client acquisition, and cross-selling banking products.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Candidates must be based locally in Bangalore.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and develop corporate business relationships.
