This is a 100% onsite position, and we are looking for someone who is genuinely comfortable commuting to our Pune office every day.

Working Hours: 1:00 PM 10:00 PM IST (Monday - Friday)

• You are looking for a remote or hybrid position.
• You are not currently based in Pune.
• You cannot independently commute to our office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for our internal hiring requirements.
• Source quality candidates through LinkedIn RPS and other recruitment channels.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Screen candidates and evaluate them based on skills, experience, communication, and overall fit.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Effectively negotiate and close candidates.
• Handle multiple open positions simultaneously and work effectively under tight deadlines.
• Take complete ownership of assigned requirements and consistently deliver expected hiring results.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of hands-on US Recruitment experience.
• Strong experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn RPS.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, candidate engagement, and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of recruitment requirements.
• Comfortable working under tight deadlines and hiring targets.
• Highly results-oriented, accountable, and delivery-focused.
• Must be currently based in Pune.
• Must be comfortable working 100% onsite.
• Candidates should have their own transportation or be able to commute independently to the office.
• Candidates living close to our Pune office will be preferred.
