We're looking for a Corporate Recruiter with 1-3 years of experience in the US Staffing industry to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive internal hiring for US Staffing functions.
• Source and engage top talent through headhunting and networking.
• Build strong referral channels and talent pipelines.
• Assess candidates for both skill fit and cultural fit.
• Partner with hiring managers to ensure timely closures of critical positions.

1-3 years of experience in US Staffing recruitment.
Strong understanding of the US Staffing industry and talent landscape.
Proven experience hiring US Recruiters and staffing professionals.
Excellent networking, sourcing, and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable working from office during the specified shift hours.
