Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions across the organization.
Develop effective sourcing strategies through job portals, referrals, social media, and other channels.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure timely closures.
Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders.

What We're Looking For
1+ year of hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
Strong sourcing and screening capabilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in IT recruitment will be an added advantage.
