Corporate MIS

1. Management Reporting & Analytics

• Prepare and consolidate monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports.
• Generate performance dashboards and business insights for management review.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of key operational and financial metrics.

2. Performance Monitoring & KPI Management

• Track manufacturing and operational KPIs across plants and zones.
• Analyze trends, identify variances, and highlight key performance drivers.
• Support Tableau and other reporting platforms with validated data updates.

3. Cost Analysis & Business Insights

• Conduct manufacturing cost variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior periods.
• Provide actionable insights on variable and fixed cost movements.
• Coordinate with plant and functional teams to resolve data and performance variances.

4. Budgeting & Planning Support

• Support annual budgeting, budget phasing, and forecasting activities.
• Prepare plant-wise and zone-wise performance comparisons against budget targets.
• Assist in financial planning and strategic decision-making through data analysis.

5. Stakeholder Coordination & Reporting

• Collaborate with Corporate Accounts, HR, Plant Finance, and Operations teams for data collection and validation.
• Support Board presentations, investor reporting, and statutory reporting requirements.
• Ensure consistency and reliability of information used for business reviews.

6. Process Automation & Continuous Improvement

• Drive automation initiatives to improve reporting efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Identify gaps in reporting processes and implement solutions with IT, SAP, TM1, and Tableau teams.
• Enhance data quality, reporting accuracy, and dashboard effectiveness.
