Job Summary


Responsibilities

• Draft and review, loan documents, debenture documents, security documents, and other transaction-related agreements, public issue documents.
• Manage end-to-end fund documentation, investor onboarding, scheme launches, and regulatory filings.
• Ensure compliance with SEBI, RBI, Companies Act, and other applicable regulations.
• Develop, implement, and periodically review policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks for fund.
• Coordinate with trustees, custodians, auditors, consultants, law firms, and regulatory authorities.
• Manage employment-related legal matters, including contracts, policies.
• Monitor regulatory developments and implement necessary compliance measures.
• Support corporate governance, regulatory audits, inspections, and reporting requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of SEBI AIF Regulations, Companies Act, RBI regulations, and related regulatory frameworks
• Hands-on experience in fund operations, investor onboarding, regulatory filings, and compliance management.
