We are Hiring | Corporate Lawyer In-house Legal Counsel

We are looking for an experienced Corporate Lawyer to join our team as a full-time, regular employee.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle corporate legal advisory, contract management, and commercial disputes.
• Manage labour and employment matters, including LEO proceedings.
• Handle vendor/contractor defaults, material recovery, and police complaints.
• Manage MSME Council proceedings, commercial recovery, and defamation matters.
• Independently draft pleadings, file cases, and argue matters before courts and tribunals across India.
• Coordinate with external advocates for complex litigation and High Court matters.
• Ensure effective legal risk management and cost optimization.

Requirements:

• LL.B. degree with valid Bar Council enrollment.
• 510 years of relevant experience in corporate law and active litigation.
• Strong hands-on experience in commercial recovery, labour disputes, MSME matters, and court appearances.
• Excellent legal drafting, negotiation, and litigation management skills.

Important: Candidates with substantial practical litigation experience are preferred over those focused primarily on corporate advisory and documentation.
