Corporate Lawyer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide legal advice on corporate law matters to clients, including drafting agreements and documents.
• Draft and review rental agreements, lease deeds, and other legal documents for real estate transactions.
• Handle litigation cases related to corporate disputes, contractual issues, and non-litigation matters.
• Offer expert guidance on company secretarial compliances, regulatory requirements, and best practices.

Job Requirements :

• 7-10 years of experience in corporate law with a strong background in drafting agreements and providing legal advice.
• Excellent knowledge of Indian Contract Act, Transfer Pricing regulations, Companies Act etc. .
• Strong understanding of real estate laws and regulations governing property transactions.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
