Skill / Competencies Requirements:
- Basic Knowledge on Provident fund and National Pension scheme
- Basic Knowledge on insurance policies and procedures
- Basic Knowledge on external portals (NSDL, UAN)
- Basic Knowledge on external portals (NSDL, UAN)
- Basic SAP knowledge
- Proficient in handling Cross Functional Activities, Security & Compliance, Process Improvement, Problem solving
- Proficient in Ticket issuance process
Education:
- Any bachelors degree is desired with Post Graduation preferred
- 1-3 Years exp in relevant area with good communication skills
Primary Responsibility:
- Collection and validation of Form 11 (on Date of Joining), and report preparation
- Handling the PF ticket in ESM tool
- Insurance Ticket handling in ESM Tools
