Role - Corporate Insurance & Employee Benefits

Experience -

• 1 - 4 years in insurance, TPA, corporate insurance, claims, employee benefits, or healthcare operations preferred.

Qualifications -

• Graduate degree in any field.

Key Responsibilities -

• Assist Employees with understanding of policy benefits, Exclusions and claim processing.
• Maintaining the Response TAT through dedicated mail id
• Coordinate for cashless request & Reimbursement Claims with TPA/ Insurer/ Broker/ Hospital.
• Monitor & follow up on Claim Status with TPA.
• Ensure timely follow-up on Queries claim with employees.
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams.
• Ensuring accurate and up-to-date record-keeping of employee related grievances.
• Continuously evaluate and improve the processes for efficiency and employee satisfaction.

Role competency -

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong Follow-up and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of insurance products and processes.
• Good understanding of Cashless and reimbursement claims
• Ability to handled multiple cases simultaneously.
• Experience with Office 365.
• Coordination with internal departments to ensure seamless work done.
• Ability to work under pressure, especially during critical/ urgent cases.
