Corporate Human Resource Manager

Role & responsibilities

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in:

• Managing day-to-day HR operations
• HR systems, processes, and policy implementation
• HR automation and process improvement
• HRIS and HR data management
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR reports and derive insights
• Learning & Development (L&D) activities
• Succession planning and talent management
• SOP development and maintenance
• Payroll and other core HR operations
• Strong team-handling and people-management experience, particularly for the Corporate HR position

Role Structure:

• Corporate HR: The candidate will be based at the Corporate Office and will be responsible for managing the HR team and corporate HR operations.
• Talent Pool: The candidate will initially be based at the Corporate Office and may subsequently be moved to any other business vertical based on business requirements.
• We will speak to the candidate and share which role is for the talent pool and which is for corporate.
