Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager – Corporate to lead corporate HR operations and drive strategic people initiatives for a diversified business group in Central Africa.

The role will be responsible for managing the HR team, strengthening HR systems and processes, driving people development initiatives, and supporting organizational transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HR Operations for the Corporate Office.
• Manage and strengthen HR systems, policies, processes and automation.
• Oversee HRIS, HR data management and HR reporting.
• Analyse HR data and reports to generate actionable business insights.
• Drive Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives.
• Lead succession planning and talent management initiatives.
• Develop, implement and maintain HR SOPs and processes.
• Manage payroll and other core HR operations.
• Lead, mentor and develop the HR team.
• Drive process improvement and HR transformation initiatives.
• Support strategic workforce planning and organizational development.
• Partner with business leadership on people-related matters.

Candidate Profile

• 12+ years of overall HR experience.
• Minimum 8 years of managerial experience.
• MBA in HR is mandatory.
• Strong experience in Corporate HR and HR Operations.
• Proven experience in team handling and people management.
• Strong exposure to HRIS, HR automation and process improvement.
• Good understanding of HR analytics, reporting and data management.
• Experience in L&D, succession planning and talent management.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, SOPs and core HR processes.
• Hindi and English communication skills are mandatory.
• North Indian candidates preferred.
• Candidates from Retail, FMCG Trading & Distribution or Lifestyle industries will be preferred.
