Role & responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate and plant positions.
• Coordinate with consultants, job portals, and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct screening, interviews, salary negotiations, and onboarding.
• Maintain recruitment MIS and hiring tracker.

HR Operations

• Handle employee lifecycle management from joining to exit.
• Maintain employee records, HRMS data, and documentation.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and induction programs.

Performance Management

• Support performance appraisal processes.
• Track KPIs, KRAs, and employee performance reviews.
• Coordinate with department heads for goal-setting exercises.

Employee Engagement

• Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
• Conduct employee feedback surveys and action plans.
• Foster positive employee relations and workplace culture.

HR Policies & Compliance

• Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with legal/compliance teams on labor law requirements.
• Ensure adherence to company rules and statutory guidelines.

Training & Development

• Identify training needs across departments.
• Coordinate internal and external training programs.
• Track training effectiveness and employee development plans.

HR Analytics & Reporting

• Prepare HR dashboards and monthly MIS reports.
• Analyze attrition, recruitment, and employee productivity data.
• Present HR insights to management.
