Corporate Head Process Technology ( Chemical)

The Corporate Head Process Technology will lead process technology, process engineering, technology transfer, process optimization, scale-up, and technical excellence across all manufacturing plants of the organization.

The role is responsible for translating laboratory and pilot-scale processes into safe, robust, scalable, cost-effective, and commercially viable manufacturing processes. The incumbent will establish corporate standards for process design, process improvement, technology transfer, troubleshooting, and process safety while driving operational excellence, capacity enhancement, yield improvement, energy efficiency, and manufacturing cost competitiveness across the plants.

Lead and govern the Process Technology function across all manufacturing locations, ensuring safe, reliable, and optimized operation of Chemical/ Paint/CB production assets. Drive process excellence, technology standardization, capacity enhancement, energy optimization, feedstock flexibility, product quality consistency, technology innovation, and commissioning of new projects.

Preferred candidate profile : ----

- Experience of leading Multiple Manufacturing units.

- Should have corporate working exposure.

- Continuous process experience is must.
