About this role
The Manager, Donor Affairs (Corporate CSR) will be responsible for mobilizing and managing corporate CSR funds by building strong partnerships with companies, ensuring compliance with CSR regulations, and delivering high-quality donor stewardship. The role involves proposal development, corporate engagement, reporting, and coordination with internal stakeholders.
Role & responsibilities
• Identify, approach, and onboard corporate partners for CSR funding opportunities.
- Manage end-to-end corporate CSR relationships, including fundraising, Event Sponsorship, and branding.
- Act as the primary point of contact for corporate donors for communication, follow-ups, and project updates.
- Organize corporate visits to the hospital
- Maintain and update corporate donor databases and reports.
- Support CSR audits and due diligence processes.
Preferred candidate profile
Post-Graduation in Management, Commerce, Social Work, or a related field
- Master's degree (MBA / MSW) preferred
- 5 years of experience in corporate CSR fundraising, donor relations, or partnerships
- Strong understanding of Indian CSR regulations and corporate engagement processes
