About the Company A leading professional-services firm is building its India centre and has partnered with Flexiple to hire its corporate finance team. You will work on the analysis that supports client engagements and the firm's own performance, learning from some of the best in the field. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview As a Corporate Financial Analyst, you will support corporate finance and advisory work, building valuation models, financial analysis, and reporting that stands up to scrutiny.

Key Responsibilities Corporate Finance & Analysis

• Build valuation, financial, and operating models
• Support due diligence, planning, and performance analysis
• Prepare clear analysis decks for partners and clients

Reporting & Quality

• Maintain accurate, well-documented working papers
• Support month-end reporting and management review packs

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 1 to 5 years in corporate finance, advisory, audit, or analysis
• Strong financial modelling and Excel skills
• Rigorous, detail-driven, and comfortable with structured work
• Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience at a professional-services or advisory firm
• CA, CFA, or an MBA in Finance
• Exposure to valuation, M&A, or transaction work
