About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Finance Executive with strong hands-on expertise in Tally and day-to-day finance & accounting operations.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, preferably from a Fintech, BFSI, NBFC, lending, or financial-services organisation, with strong knowledge of accounting processes, reconciliations, statutory compliances, vendor management and financial documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations using Tally.
• Record and maintain sales, purchase, receipt, payment and journal entries accurately.
• Handle bank, ledger and vendor reconciliations on a regular basis.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Process and verify vendor invoices, expense bills and payment requests.
• Maintain proper documentation and accounting records for all financial transactions.
• Assist in preparation of GST, TDS and other statutory compliance-related data.
• Coordinate with internal teams for invoice verification, expense approvals and supporting documents.
• Assist in monthly closing activities, ledger scrutiny and outstanding analysis.
• Track and reconcile bank transactions, payment gateways and other financial collections, wherever applicable.
• Support management with finance-related reports, MIS and data analysis.
• Identify accounting discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants and external stakeholders whenever required.
• Ensure compliance with internal finance processes, controls and documentation standards.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of financial information.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Prior experience in Fintech / BFSI / NBFC / Lending / Financial Services is strongly preferred.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Working knowledge of GST and TDS.
• Strong experience in bank and ledger reconciliation.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, including basic formulas, sorting, filtering and data analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple finance activities and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
