Role & responsibilities

• Planning the events & organizing seminars, product launch & campaign events

• Prepare and monitor event budgets to ensure cost efficiency and compliance with company guidelines

• Plan and execute insurancerelated events and design events that align with corporate goals

• Coordinate with vendors, conference organizers, technology partners, and training agencies for events such as IRDAI compliance workshops or customer education programs.

• Manage venue selection, branding materials, AV setup, visitor flow, registration, compliance documents, and insurancespecific branding requirements.

• Oversee onsite operations, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to industry regulations (e.g., IRDAI guidelines for disclosures during events).
