We are looking for an experienced EHS/HSE professional with strong experience in Highway Projects / Highway Stretches.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement corporate EHS policies, standards & management systems
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and client EHS requirements
  • Lead EHS audits, inspections, incident investigations and CAPA
  • Drive safety, ESG, sustainability and Zero Harm initiatives
  • Standardize HSE Plans, HIRA/JSA, PTW and emergency response processes
  • Monitor contractor/vendor EHS performance
  • Drive training, safety awareness and competency programs
  • Prepare EHS KPIs, dashboards and management reports
  • Provide strategic guidance to project EHS teams across highway stretches

Key Requirements

• 12–16 years of EHS/HSE experience
  • Minimum 5–6 years of experience handling Highway Stretches – Mandatory
  • Strong knowledge of highway safety, EHS compliance, audits and risk management
  • Strong stakeholder and team management skills
  • Immediate joiners preferred
