Job Title: Corporate Driver ( Contractual )

Job Purpose

To provide safe, reliable, and professional driving support for management and official duties, while also assisting in ground-level coordination and supervision of support staff as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicles safely for official, corporate, and management-related duties.
  
• Ensure punctual pick-up and drop for meetings, events, and official travel.
  
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, upkeep, and ensure timely servicing, insurance, and documentation.
  
• Keep accurate records of vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and maintenance logs.
  
• Support supervision and coordination of housekeeping and ground staff when required.
  
• Assist in traffic marshaling and movement control during events or peak operations.
  
• Ensure compliance with traffic rules, safety norms, and company policies.
  
• Report any vehicle issues, incidents, or irregularities promptly.
  

Eligibility & Skill Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 5 to 10 years of relevant driving experience (corporate/institutional preferred).
  
• License: Valid LMV / Commercial Driving License.
  
• Driving Skills: Proven safe driving record with good route knowledge.
  
• Additional Exposure:
  
• Housekeeping supervision
  
• Ground staff coordination
  
• Traffic marshaling (preferred)
  
• Communication: Basic working knowledge of English/Hindi for coordination and reporting.
  
• Other Traits: Professional conduct, discipline, reliability, and confidentiality.
  

Working Conditions

• Flexible working hours based on operational requirements.
  
• May require extended hours during events or official engagements.
