Corporate Development Manager

We are hiring an M&A Associate to support strategic growth initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, investments, deal evaluation, financial modeling, due diligence, and post-merger integration.

Role Highlights

• Identify and evaluate strategic growth opportunities aligned with long-term business goals.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence.
• Support end-to-end deal execution from origination and negotiation to closure and integration.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Product, and Operations teams to drive successful transactions.
• Prepare investment cases, strategic recommendations, and leadership presentations.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in corporate development, investment banking, management consulting, strategy, or M&A roles.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
• Experience in IT services or technology sectors is preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
