Corporate Communications Executive

Job Role

The role is designed for a fresher or recent postgraduate who is interested in Investor Relations (IR), Corporate Communications, Corporate Governance, and Capital Markets. The incumbent will support the Company's Investor Relations and Corporate Communications activities by assisting in preparation of communication materials, conducting research and analysis, coordinating stakeholder engagements, and managing communication channels. The role offers an opportunity to develop exposure to listed company communications, financial reporting, ESG disclosures, corporate reputation management, and investor engagement practices.

Key Responsibilities 1. Investor Relations Support

1.1 Assist in preparing investor communication materials such as investor presentations, factsheets, quarterly result summaries, annual report content, FAQs, and corporate updates.

1.2 Support coordination of earnings calls, investor meetings, analyst interactions, conferences, roadshows, and AGM-related activities.

1.3 Track and compile information on industry trends, peer company announcements, stock exchange disclosures, and market developments.

1.4 Assist in maintaining investor databases, engagement records, meeting trackers, and MIS reports.

1.5 Support updating investor-related information on the Company's website and other communication platforms.

1.6 Gather and summarize investor, analyst, and shareholder feedback for internal review.

1.7 Conduct basic research on capital markets, ESG developments, and industry trends to support management presentations and communication initiatives.

2. Corporate Communications Support

2.1 Assist in drafting and editing press releases, newsletters, website content, social media posts, speeches, and other communication materials.

2.2 Support execution of internal communication initiatives to enhance employee engagement and awareness of company developments.

2.3 Assist in managing content for the corporate website, social media channels, and other digital communication platforms.

2.4 Help coordinate communication related to ESG initiatives, sustainability projects, business milestones, and corporate events.

2.5 Support efforts to ensure consistent corporate branding and messaging across communication channels.

2.6 Coordinate with internal departments for collection and validation of information required for communication initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Corporate Communications, Mass Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Investor Relations, Corporate Governance, or related disciplines.
• Freshers and recent postgraduates are encouraged to apply.
• Internship experience in Corporate Communications, PR, Investor Relations, Corporate Governance, Finance, Research, or related areas will be an added advantage.

Preferred Knowledge

• Basic understanding of financial statements and business performance metrics.
• Interest in capital markets, corporate communications, ESG, and investor engagement.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital communication practices.
• Understanding of listed company disclosures and annual reports will be an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong content writing, proofreading, and presentation skills.
• Good analytical and research capability.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools would be an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
• Professional attitude with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Eagerness to learn and work in a dynamic corporate environment.
