Major Responsibilities

• Assist in daily coordination and communication between departments and teams.
• Support senior team members in preparing reports, presentations, and project documentation.
• Participate in meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items.
• Ensure proper filing and organization of important documents (physical and digital).
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and company policies.
• Respond to routine emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication efficiently.
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, or team members for timely execution of tasks.
• Adhere to company protocols and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Actively learn about the company s workflows and contribute ideas for process improvement.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management in support of daily operations.
