Duties And Responsibilities

• Design, plan, implement, monitor and review CSR projects
• Prepare regular program, finance report, budget and impact assessment
• Liaise with stakeholders such as Businesses, Employees, Management, Government departments, NGOs, Educational Institutes including Universities
• Engage with implementation partner and direct project beneficiaries
• Design project related internal and external communication
• Identify project partners/ resource agencies as per project requirements.
  
  

Travel

• Ready to travel across the country depending on project requirements
  
  

Skills And Competencies

• Bachelor of Engineering in any stream
• Master of Social Work / Social Sciences / Development studies / related qualification
• 3 to 5 years of working in the development sector
• Project management skills in development sector
• Experience in use of technology in projects will be preferred
• Effective communication skills both verbal and written
• Adequately using MS Office/ AI
