Executive / Sr. Executive Corporate Affairs

Preferably Female candidate

Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Role Summary

To support Corporate Affairs and Government Relations activities through MIS management, policy monitoring, stakeholder coordination, documentation, reporting, and industry engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain departmental MIS, trackers, dashboards, and management reports.
• Monitor developments relating to Tamil Nadu Industrial Policy, Green Energy Policy, and other regulatory updates.
• Draft letters, representations, reports, meeting minutes, and official correspondence.
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations, status reports, and management updates.
• Coordinate with industry bodies such as CII, FICCI, ASSOCHAM, Solar Energy Associations, and other relevant forums.
• Maintain records of stakeholder meetings, approvals, correspondence, and action trackers.
• Ensure daily work reporting and proper documentation of all activities.
• Support government liaison and stakeholder engagement initiatives.

Educational Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline.
• MBA or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.

Experience

• 0-5 years of experience in Manufacturing, MNCs, Corporate Functions, Administration, Government Relations, Public Relations, or related fields.
• Fresh candidates from reputed institutions with strong analytical and communication skills may also be considered.

Required Skills

• Strong MIS and system orientation.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent drafting and documentation skills.
• Basic accounting and commercial understanding.
• Knowledge of Tamil Nadu Industrial Policy and Green Energy Policy.
• Strong communication skills in English and Tamil.
• Exposure to Renewable Energy, Solar Sector, or Industry Associations will be an added advantage.

Preferred Profile

• Candidates from manufacturing industries, reputed MNCs, or premier educational institutions.
• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working closely with multiple stakeholders.
