• APAC equity corporate actions experience both voluntary and mandatory events Working knowledge of market-specific nuances: Korea: Tender Offer Broker setup process Korea: Share rounding rules in tender offers
• Multi-market: USD payout in lieu of restricted local currencies
• Australia: Local shareholder restrictions on specific events
• Investment bank background strongly preferred
• Nice to Have Taiwan and/or Korea market specialization
• Exposure to equity derivatives corporate action events.
