Corporate Accounts Executive

Purpose of the Role:

The role holder will support Corporate Accounts function and statutory reporting.

Qualification & Experience:

• Required Education Qualification: CA Inter/CMA/ MBA

• Required prior Work Experience: 5-6 years. Prior experience in a listed company or a large corporate setup is preferred.

Knowledge, Skills & Competencies:

• Strong working knowledge of Ind AS (Indian Accounting Standards) and the Companies Act, 2013

• Understanding of group accounts, consolidation and inter-company elimination processes
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to communicate effectively with cross functional stakeholders

Job Responsibilities:

• Preparation of Marico Ltd - Financials for Statutory reporting (Quarterly/annual) results
• Preparation of Marico group consolidated - Financials for Statutory reporting (Quarterly/annual) results, including inter-company eliminations and subsidiary financial integration.
• Coordinate with statutory auditors by providing necessary schedules, documentation, and explanations to ensure timely completion of audits
• Maintaining the Accounting Quality Index by establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles
• Ensure adherence to the Accounting Policies as required under IND AS and Companies Act
• Identify and implement enhancements in accounting systems and procedures to streamline financial data accuracy and reporting efficiency
