Corporate Accounting Trainer

Role & responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and computer-based practical training in accounting and taxation.
• Teach Tally Prime, GST, TDS, income tax fundamentals, and bookkeeping.
• Provide practical training in MS Excel, financial reporting, and MIS preparation.
• Train students in accounting entries, ledger management, bank reconciliation, invoicing, and financial statements.
• Introduce AI tools for accounting support, data analysis, and dashboard preparation.
• Prepare lesson plans, training materials, assignments, and practical exercises.
• Conduct assessments, monitor student progress, and maintain attendance and training records.
• Support students in developing workplace readiness and interview skills.
• Coordinate with the Centre team to ensure timely completion of the training syllabus.
• Support placement activities and provide industry-related career guidance.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements.

• Practical expertise in Tally Prime, GST, TDS, and MS Excel.

• Knowledge of income tax and statutory compliance.

• Ability to explain technical concepts through practical examples.

• Good communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.

• Proficiency in preparing reports and maintaining student records.

• Knowledge of AI-based accounting tools will be an added advantage.
