Corporate Accountant

Job Summary:
Responsible for accounting, reporting, and financial analysis of treasury transactions, including investments and borrowings, while ensuring compliance with Ind AS 109. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounting and reporting of investments such as Mutual Funds, Fixed Deposits, Bonds, Debentures, Government Securities, and Commercial Papers.
• Handle accounting for borrowings, including term loans, NCDs, ECBs, and working capital facilities.
• Prepare and review EIR calculations, amortized cost schedules, and related accounting entries.
• Perform monthly variance analysis of interest income, interest expenses, investment yields, and borrowing costs.
• Prepare treasury MIS, financial reports, and disclosures as per Ind AS requirements.
• Support month-end and year-end closures, audits, and regulatory reporting.
• Strengthen internal controls, drive process improvements, and support system enhancements.

Eligibility:

• CA with 0-2 years of experience in Treasury Accounting/Corporate Accounts.
• Strong knowledge of Ind AS, financial instruments, accounting principles, and NBFC regulations.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Tally.
