Corporate Account Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Chartered Accountant with years of experience to head our Accounts team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing timely financial reporting, implementing accounting systems and processes, preparing monthly financial reports, controlling the master data of the general ledger, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing strategic financial advice to the management team.The candidate should possess a stable working track record, excellent oral and written communication skills, and be highly knowledgeable in the broad spectrum of accountancy accounting practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Timely Prepare and oversee the preparation of monthly financial statements in compliance with Indian accounting standards.
- Strict adherence & closure of internal timelines, not to follow govt. timelines, for preparation for Financial statement.

- Conduct audits and ensure adherence to internal and external auditing standards.

- Analyse financial data and provide insights to support business decisions.

- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, monitoring variances and recommending corrective actions.

- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and manage tax planning for factories & depots.

- Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.

- Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies as required.

- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard the companys assets.

- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.

- Competent to deal in tax related cases for GST & Income tax dept.

- Strong know how of Cost Accounting & prepare presentation for management & stake holders.

- Stint of FEMA related rules & knowledge for foreign transactions.

- To implement processes & system driven with minimum manual interventions.

- Oversee the duties, roles and responsibilities of the accounting team and its implementation

- E-commerce and Q-commerce Returns and payment reconciliation.

- Manage and finalize the Personal Books of Accounts for the Managing Director and family entities.

- Finalisation of annual accounting as per internal deadlines.

Qualifications:

- CA Inter

- Master or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- Minimum of [7] years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a senior role.

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.

- Proficient in accounting software (preferably Busy software) and Microsoft Office Suite (Google sheets).

- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

-Completion of Articles from reputed Chartered Accountancy Firm.

- Experience in manufacturing, finance, etc.

- Strong leadership and team management abilities.

- Advanced analytical skills and attention to detail.
