Corporate Account Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage client accounts, ensuring timely resolution of escalations and issues.
  
• Oversee enterprise accounts, including billing and contract management.
  
• Develop strong relationships with clients through effective communication and issue resolution.
  
• Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze data and create reports as needed.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex accounting issues.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-4 years of experience in corporate accounting or a related field.
• Proficient in Tamil and English Communication
  
• Strong understanding of client account management principles and practices.
  
• Proficiency in Enterprise Accounts software (EA) is required; knowledge of other ERP systems an asset.
  
• Excellent Escalation Management skills to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
