Responsibilities

• Overall planning and execution of quality process across the design and development phases of the NPD, upgrade and refresh projects
• Role Description: Participate in Market survey, road trip, style clinic to understand customer needs for preparing HOQ
• Arrive and agree quality targets, RDML targets means for achieving with RND
• Improve TGW through Focus quality action plan agreemen
• Participate in DFMEA session and provide input to RND on PPP
• Plan and monitor beta DVP
• Participate in CUFT and understand customer feed backs
• Analyse, initiate action and close DVP, CUFT issues in PQM
• Complete DR gates check points as per project timeline
• Understand Post launch TGW, TGR and customer complaints through field visits
• Analyse initiate actions for PPFR, TGW issues and close issues in PQM
