Core Java Trainer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for Java developers, focusing on core Java concepts such as object-oriented programming, multithreading, and data structures.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for Java-based projects, including code comments, user manuals, and release notes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify knowledge gaps and develop targeted training solutions to address them.
• Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs.

Job Requirements :

• 1-4 years of experience in software development or technical training using Java programming language.
• Strong understanding of Selenium automation framework for web application testing.
• Experience in designing and delivering technical training sessions for diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in creating high-quality technical documentation using various tools.
