Copywriter

Suramya is a branding and design studio working with brands on brand strategy, visual identity, packaging design and digital experiences. We collaborate with businesses across industries, helping them build distinctive brands through thoughtful strategy and design.

We're looking to connect with a skilled Copywriter who can support our clients with brand communication and marketing content through a freelance, project-based, white-label collaboration.

What you'll do

• Develop brand messaging and tone of voice.
• Write advertising copy, campaign concepts and social media content.
• Develop email marketing copy and other customer-facing communication as required.
• Adapt writing styles to suit different brands, audiences and industries.
• Collaborate with our team to translate brand strategies into clear, compelling communication.

What we're looking for

• Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills.
• An understanding of brand positioning, messaging and consumer behaviour.
• The ability to write in different tones of voice while maintaining brand consistency.
• Experience creating copy for digital platforms and consumer-facing brands.
• The ability to work independently, meet deadlines and communicate effectively.
• A portfolio demonstrating relevant writing experience.

Experience working with D2C, FMCG, beauty, wellness, lifestyle or other product-based brands would be an advantage.

• Compensation: Project-based, depending on scope and experience
