We are looking for a talented Copywriter who is committed to producing high-quality, original content. In this role, you will collaborate across teams to understand project objectives, create compelling material aligned with client and company needs, participate actively in creative brainstorming sessions, and conduct in-depth research to ground and strengthen your writing. Flexibility to assist across other cross-functional initiatives is also valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and edit original, well-researched, and accurate copy that meets client/company requirements and strict deadlines.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to understand and define their content needs.
- Conduct thorough research to generate fresh ideas and back up written arguments.
- Analyze and deeply understand target audience personas before drafting copy.
- Support various stages of the creative and research workflows to deliver a consistent, polished end product.
Must Haves Key Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of copywriting and creative direction experience within a digital marketing or advertising agency.
- Experience writing or working within specialized sectors (e.g., healthcare, marketing, or technology) is advantageous.
- Strong communication, research, and typing abilities.
- High level of creativity, resourcefulness, flexibility, and self-motivation.
- Sharp ability to comprehend project briefs and target audience dynamics.
- Openness and adaptability to editorial feedback.
