Job Responsibilities

• Create engaging and creative content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
• Write captions, social media posts, reels scripts, ad copies, promotional content, and campaign creatives.
• Develop fresh and engaging content aligned with the brand's tone and target audience.
• Create content ideas and concepts for social media campaigns and marketing activities.
• Collaborate with the Social Media, Graphic Design, and Marketing teams to develop creative campaigns.
• Write short-form and long-form copy for digital marketing campaigns.
• Research trending topics, hashtags, and social media trends to create relevant content.
• Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, grammar, and consistency.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice across all social media platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in copywriting/content writing, preferably for social media.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and current content trends.
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate fresh content ideas.
• Good knowledge of grammar, sentence structure, and storytelling.
• Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience in the education/childcare industry will be an added advantage.
