• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI Agents, and Agent Builder is essential.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Copilot AI Engineer to design, develop, integrate, and govern enterprise AI solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI Agents, and enterprise AI governance.

This role focuses on building secure, scalable, and reusable AI-powered business solutions by integrating Microsoft Copilot with enterprise applications, data sources, and automation platforms. You will work closely with business, security, and governance teams to accelerate AI adoption while ensuring compliance and responsible AI practices.

Key Responsibilities

AI Solution Development

• Design, develop, and deploy custom Microsoft Copilot agents, AI Agents, plugins, and enterprise AI solutions.
• Build reusable integration patterns using Microsoft Graph API, REST APIs, and enterprise connectors.
• Develop AI-powered automation solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and the Power Platform.
• Enable business process automation through intelligent AI workflows and conversational agents.

Enterprise Integration

• Integrate Microsoft Copilot with ERP, HRIS, ITSM, SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, and other enterprise systems.
• Design secure API integrations using Microsoft Graph API and governed data access models.
• Develop scalable AI solutions that enhance productivity and operational efficiency.

AI Governance & Security

• Implement AI governance, compliance, and responsible AI practices across all AI solutions.
• Enforce Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies and governance standards.
• Implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), least-privilege access, and secure authentication mechanisms.
• Maintain audit logs, compliance reporting, and governance documentation.

Power Platform & Automation

• Build enterprise automation using Power Apps, Power Automate, AI Builder, and Copilot Studio.
• Develop reusable components and automation frameworks to support enterprise-wide AI adoption.
• Drive automation initiatives using Microsoft 365 and Azure services.

Platform Engineering

• Establish engineering best practices, reusable frameworks, coding standards, and deployment models.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, monitoring, and application observability.
• Produce technical documentation and support handover documentation.

Collaboration & AI Adoption

• Partner with business stakeholders, governance teams, security teams, and solution architects to deliver enterprise AI initiatives.
• Support Microsoft Copilot rollout, adoption, governance, and user enablement.

Provide technical leadership and guidance on Microsoft AI technologies and enterprise automation.

Required Experience

• 10–14 years of experience in Software Engineering or Microsoft Solution Development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI Agents, and Agent Builder.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 fundamentals, especially SharePoint Online and related Microsoft 365 services.
• Expertise in Power Platform, AI Enablement, and Governance & Compliance.
• Experience implementing Microsoft Graph API integrations and enterprise automation.
• Strong understanding of AI governance, security, compliance, and responsible AI practices.
• Experience implementing CI/CD, ALM, monitoring, and enterprise support models.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Freelancers and independent consultants are not eligible.
