Job Description

We are seeking a Co-Ordinator who understands the working of General Ledger and can perform accounting tasks in collaboration with internal departments.

This position comes with critical thinking and high responsibility of handling and managing DSL reconciliation and audits for multiple region and countries, along with reporting and additional Ah-hoc work assigned on daily or weekly basis. This position will ensure the research has been accurately performed and take corrective action plan wherever required. The Co-Ordinator will work closely with management, Team Leaders and Senior Admins to ensure smooth business flow.

Prerequisites

• Minimum 1 Year Finance and Billing Experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite of tools (Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook)
• Knowledge of Accounts Payable & General ledger would be an added advantage
• Flexible to work in night shift.
• Flexible to work during peak to manage high volume.

Additional Responsibilities

• Managing reconciliation of the Duty Sub General ledger entries.
• Reconciling Custom Import financial statements against the Invoices billed to the UPS Customers.
• Reviewing Import Charges Billed and ensure the accuracy for the same.
• Interpreting and analyzing financial information available in Revenue Data Mart or Financial Data Mart.
• Collaborating with various departments such as Country Brokerage, Country F & A team, Accounts Payable team, and various internal billing departments.
• Performing account analysis to ensure that journal entries and balances are correct.
• Reconciling accounts with the general ledger.
• Gathering supporting documentation and performing recordkeeping.
• Reporting any fluctuations and variances.
• Assisting the team with accounting issues and queries.
• Accurate prepare weekly reports and share the same with the Stake holders.
