Role Summary

Coordinators & MIS Specialists will enable seamless recruitment operations through efficient scheduling, candidate management. They will also own recruitment reporting, analytics, and audit activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end interview scheduling and coordination with candidates and interview panels
• Act as a bridge between recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure smooth communication
• Meet and great the candidates during in person interviews
• Track, monitor, and report on recruitment metrics, SLAs, and performance dashboards
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of recruitment data in ATS and MIS tools
• Conduct onsite audits to maintain compliance with recruitment processes and standards
• Support continuous improvement initiatives through reporting insights and feedback loops

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment coordination, operations, or MIS roles
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and process orientation
• Proficiency in Excel, MIS reporting, and recruitment tools/ATS
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to handle high-volume scheduling with accuracy and speed
